Annabeth Roeschley
Executive Director

Annabeth (AB) Roeschley (they/she) is a long-time activist and advisor for queer intersectional justice within and beyond Mennonite Church USA. Annabeth embodies this role as a queer abolitionist theologian, spiritual care curator, and politicized chaplain who dwells at the intersections of individual and collective healing. A graduate of Bluffton University, Annabeth holds a Master of Divinity from Chicago Theological Seminary with a concentration in LGBTQ+ Religious Studies. After a decade in Washington, DC and now in Chicago, Annabeth and their partner are active with the local Hyde Park Jewish community and with a queer house church. Annabeth draws deeply from rural Illinois roots (Potawatomi, Peoria and Myaamia land) and loves watching the moon rise over the edge of Lake Michigan.

Hayley Brooks
Communications Associate

Hayley Brooks is a Goshen College graduate and holds a Master of Library and Information Science from St. Catherine University. Hayley served as BMC's Kaleidoscope Coordinator from 2015-2017 and currently works at George Blood, LP as the Assistant Registrar and lives in Philadelphia. PA.

Jaylon Tasby
Seminary Field Education Intern 

I am Jaylon Kaleel Tasby, and I proudly use he/him pronouns. Hailing originally from the vibrant city of Houston, Texas, I find myself on a transformative journey as a 25-year-old seminary student at the Methodist Theological School in Ohio. Currently, I am in my third year of a dual-degree program, pursuing a Master of Theological Studies with a concentration in Ethics, as well as a Master of Divinity (MDiv) with a specialization in Feminist and Womanist Studies.
